摘要：

腹腔镜胃癌根治术已被证实为治疗胃癌的安全有效手段。然而，腹腔镜下十二指肠残端缝合包埋是具有挑战性的，它需要外科医生与其助手熟练的配合。笔者团队通过探索及临床实践，提出腹腔镜下十二指肠残端包埋缝合新方法——卷心菜（Cabbage）缝合法，将缝合步骤规范化及流程化，实现了腹腔镜下简便、稳固、安全的十二指肠残端包埋缝合。

Abstract：

Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has been proven to be a safe and effective means of treating gastric cancer. However, laparoscopic duodenal stump suture and embedding are challenging and require the proficient cooperation of surgeons and their assistants. Through exploration and clinical practice, we proposed a new method for laparoscopic duodenal stump embedding suture, the Cabbage suture method. We standardized and proceduralized the suture steps, achieving simple, stable and safe laparoscopic duodenal stump embedding suture.
