术后吻合口瘘是腹腔镜下直肠癌手术最严重的并发症之一,现在笔者就所阅读的文献和临床经验总结如何从外科操作等方面预防和处理吻合口瘘。

Abstract：

Postoperative anastomotic leakage is one of the most serious complication after the laparoscopic protectomy. According to the collected data and our long-time surgical experience, we discuss the prevention and treatment for the postoperative anastomotic leakage.
