摘要：

高内脏脂肪增加胃癌的发生风险,且与胃癌术中及术后并发症的发生及术后预后不良有关。此外,与化疗效果也关系密切,其机制可能为高内脏脂肪导致多种细胞因子及脂肪因子分泌改变、胰岛素抵抗及代谢紊乱等。了解内脏脂肪在胃癌发生发展及预后评估中的作用,对于胃癌患者术前干预及术后评估意义重大。本文将内脏脂肪在胃癌发生发展及预后评估中的作用综述如下。

Abstract：

High visceral fat which increases the risk of gastric cancer is related to the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications and poor postoperative prognosis of gastric cancer After gastrectomy. The mechanism may be related to the changes of the secretion of various cytokines and adipokines, insulin resistance and metabolic disorders caused by high visceral fat. Understanding the role of visceral fat in the occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer is of great significance for preoperative intervention and postoperative evaluation of patients with gastric cancer. The role of visceral fat in the occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer is summarized as follows.
